Welcome to Cayman Friendly Tours. The owner, Denward Ebanks (a.k.a. Capt D) was born into the business of accommodating visitors to the beautiful Cayman Islands.

Being the son of world famous Capt Marvin, by the time he was 5 years old, Capt D was already making daily outings with his dad and helping guests to enjoy all the beauty of Grand Cayman.

In his late teens (early 1980’s), Capt D and a small group of young men from that generation domesticated the Stingrays living on a shallow sandbar. They fed them leftover fish scraps from the daily spearfishing expeditions they carried out to feed the guests on their snorkelling trips. This is where the name “Stingray City” was born.

We have unique offerings of private land or sea tours and get this!!! Our guests have the rare opportunity of combining them privately, featuring all of Grand Cayman land and sea high-lights and most importantly off the beaten track experiences and attractions, in naturally authentic, yet upscale and warm hospitable fashion.
